In In Dnipropetrovs'k region, more than 370 families used the eMalyatko service

In 2023, more than 370 families in the Dnipropetrovsk region used the "eBaby" (єМалятко) service at the Centers for the Provision of Administrative Services (ЦНАП) in the region. "eBaby" is a comprehensive service for parents with newborns, which can be obtained at any Administrative Services Center in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Parents can submit a single application to register their child and access a dozen other services. The service was most frequently used in Dnipro, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Sursko-Lytovska, Mezhivska, and Tomakivska communities, as reported by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

Ivan Nachovny, the Deputy Chief of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, clarified that 373 families have already used the service. Using one application for the "eBaby" service, parents can obtain an identification code, a birth certificate for the child, make a unique entry in the Unified State Demographic Register, receive assistance for the birth of the child, compensation for the baby's package, register the child's place of residence, and add the child to the Patient Registry, among other things.

The process to access the service is straightforward. Parents prepare the necessary documents, including a medical certificate from the maternity hospital, a passport, and the taxpayer identification number. Then, they fill out an application with an administrator at the Administrative Services Center via the "Diia" portal, review the provided information, sign the application, and wait to receive the service.
