To commemorate the anniversary of the terrorist attack, an event called "Angels of Memory" was held in Vinnytsia

A peaceful event called "Angels of Memory" dedicated to the anniversary of the Russian terrorist attack on Victory Square took place in Vinnytsia. On July 13, hundreds of people gathered in the center of Vinnytsia with blue and yellow balloons to recreate the shape of an airplane that stood firm during the rocket shelling on Victory Square on July 14, 2022. This information was provided by the press service of Vinnytsia City Council.

The peaceful event "Angels of Memory" was organized by the Department of Youth Policy of Vinnytsia City Council in collaboration with the Interregional Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters. Before the start of the event, all people in European Square honored the memory of those who died during the Russian terrorist attack with a minute of silence.

Yuliya Monchak, the Head of the Department of Youth Policy of Vinnytsia City Council, explained that the event aimed to pay tribute to those who fell victim to the hands of the Russian aggressor and to urge all Vinnytsia residents and every Ukrainian not to remain indifferent to the destruction of our nation and to speak out about it worldwide.

The event was attended by students, young people, internally displaced persons, deputies, and representatives of the Interregional Coordination Humanitarian Headquarters.

It should be noted that for this terrorist attack, the Security Service of Ukraine announced the suspicion of an admiral of the Russian fleet who ordered the shelling of Vinnytsia. On that day, 29 people, including three children, were killed, and 154 people were injured to varying degrees.
