Russians night raid on Kryvyi Rih: aftermath of the attack

During the night of July 14, Russian forces launched an attack on Dnipropetrovsk region using Iranian suicide drones "Shahed 136/131." This was reported by the head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.

The defenders from the Air Command "East" successfully shot down six unmanned aerial vehicles, but unfortunately, there were hits in Kryvyi Rih. The Russian strikes with kamikaze drones caused damage to a municipal enterprise. One building was destroyed, and three others were damaged.

Specialized equipment of the enterprise was also damaged. Additionally, a transport enterprise and two two-story residential buildings were affected. A 56-year-old civilian man sustained injuries but did not require hospitalization and will receive treatment at home.

Furthermore, the enemy conducted artillery strikes on the Synelnykivskyi district. Russian forces also targeted the Velykomikhaylivska community with the same weaponry, damaging a warehouse, a private house, and a power transmission line. There were no casualties reported.

In total, Russians launched 17 Shahed 136/131 strike drones across Ukraine during this night. As a result of the successful countermeasures in the southern and eastern regions, 16 Shahed drones were destroyed. Additionally, the defenders of the sky shot down one reconnaissance UAV, and the air defense system successfully hit six tactical-level UAVs in the past 24 hours.
