Court sentences collaborator who provided Ukrainian military coordinates to Russians

The informant who revealed Russian strikes on units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast received a prison term after being apprehended by the Security Service of Ukraine.

According to the Security Service of Ukraine, the convicted individual attempted to establish coordinates of technical servicing bases of Ukrainian defenders' military equipment. He transmitted the acquired information to the aggressor for preparing precise air strikes on Ukrainian targets. For each executed task, the criminal received monetary "compensation" from the Russians.

Considering cooperation with the investigation, the court imposed an 8.5-year imprisonment on the detainee. After the full-scale invasion by Russia, the man started posting photos and videos from the locations of the Defense Forces, which brought him into the focus of Russian special services that offered him cooperation in favor of the aggressor country
