Archers from Odessa returned with three medals (two "gold" and one "silver") from the Memorial Cup of the Honored Master of Sports of Ukraine Dmytro Monakov. The tournament took place in Lviv as part of the Ukraine Cup. Victoria and Oleksiy Naumenko won "gold," while the men's team from the Odessa region, including Sergiy Zaporozhchenko, Ivan Loik, and Oleksiy Naumenko, won the "silver" medal.
In Odessa, the Ukrainian Championship in Goju-Ryu Karate among adults, juniors, youths, and younger boys concluded. The Odessa region team took first place in this competition, winning a total of 68 "gold," 48 "silver," and 25 "bronze" medals. A total of 357 athletes from 15 regions participated in the championship.
Recall that a charity event in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine took place in Poltava. The organizers planned to assemble approximately 350 gift sets, which were intended to be delivered to the front lines to the soldiers of the 116th Battalion of Territorial Defense before Easter.
