Almost 30 ships stopped near the port of Izmail after the Russian strikes

29 vessels, including tankers, have stopped near the Izmail port after Russia attacked the neighboring Reni port with kamikaze drones.

It is unclear whether these vessels stopped voluntarily or by demand.

Sources in the insurance industry informed Reuters that coverage for war risks for Ukrainian ports, which was part of the Grain deal, has been suspended. On Monday, three informants reported that some insurers are also considering whether to continue providing coverage for ports on the Danube.

Recall that on the night of July 24, the Russians once again attacked the port infrastructure in Odessa. This time, the Reni port was affected. As a result of the attack, three grain warehouses were destroyed. The explosive wave damaged windows of buildings and structures at the facility.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that today, during the night, the Russian Federation struck Ukraine with Iranian UAVs of the "Shahed" type. Information about the consequences is being clarified.

Over the past day, the enemy has launched 1 missile strike and 72 airstrikes, conducting over 50 shelling attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there are casualties among children and civilians, and damage and destruction have occurred to port infrastructure and grain storage facilities in southern Ukraine, as well as residential buildings.

The probability of missile and aviation strikes across the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
