During the night of July 25, Russian occupation forces shelled the Mirivska community in the Nikopol district with Grad multiple rocket launchers and heavy artillery. There are damages reported, but no casualties among the people, as reported by the head of the local civil-military administration, Serhiy Lysak.
He stated, "Twice during the night, the enemy shelled the Mirivska community in the Nikopol district, firing around a half dozen shells from heavy artillery. People were unharmed." However, there have been damages to two private houses, three agricultural buildings, vehicles, and power lines.
This incident follows a recent wave of attacks in the Odessa region, with rocket attacks causing damage to civilian infrastructure, multi-story and private residential buildings, and vehicles. Many buildings have sustained damage to their facades and roofs, with windows shattered.
The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that during the past 24 hours, the enemy launched 1 missile strike, conducted 72 aviation strikes, and carried out over 50 artillery shelling attacks on Ukrainian positions and populated areas. Unfortunately, there have been casualties, including children and civilians, along with damage to port infrastructure and grain storage facilities in southern Ukraine. The likelihood of missile and aviation attacks on Ukraine's entire territory remains high.
