Evgeny Klopotenko wants to organize a "gastrodvizh" in Poltava

Ukrainian cuisine researcher, chef, and restaurateur Evgen Klopotenko wants to set up a "food truck" in Poltava. He has already discussed this with representatives of the State Agency for Tourism Development of Ukraine, as stated by Evgen Klopotenko on Facebook.

The Ukrainian cuisine researcher believes that Poltava should become the gastronomic capital of Ukraine. He was inspired by the authentic recipes he discovered while traveling throughout the region. Klopotenko sees this venture as a way to introduce people to the heart of Ukraine and the flavors that make it unique.

Klopotenko is currently in talks with the State Agency for Tourism Development of Ukraine to explore the possibility of realizing his vision, although the final project details have not been determined yet.

He envisions a "food truck" in Poltava that brings together people from different cities like Kyiv, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, and Dnipro to discover Ukraine in a new way through its cuisine.

In addition to Klopotenko, Inna Popereshnyuk, who is from Poltava, has also joined in on the project, and she is passionate about exploring the local culture and history of the region.

Klopotenko hinted at an upcoming event that aims to make Ukrainians fall in love with the food of Poltava, suggesting that more details will be announced soon.
