The Pechersk District Court in Kyiv ordered the arrest of the former military official for two months with the right to post bail in the amount of 150 million hryvnias. Yevhen Borysov is suspected of illegal enrichment and violating the procedures of military service.
The State Bureau of Investigations has imposed a seizure of funds, bank accounts, and property belonging to Borysov and his family based on the investigation materials.
The list of seized items includes:
Land plots totaling over 2 hectares in the Odessa region.
Two houses in Odessa with a total area of over 420 square meters.
A residential property in Odessa with an area of 78.5 hectares.
Two apartments and 1/3 of another apartment in Odessa.

The State Bureau of Investigations also reported that Borysov's relatives attempted to take some of the property abroad. Specifically, they intercepted the Porsche Macan while attempting to cross the border at the "Palanka - Mayaki - Udobne" checkpoint. The vehicle was registered in Borysov's daughter-in-law's name. The Porsche Macan serves as material evidence in the case, and investigators suspect it was acquired illegally.
