The head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Lunin, reported this.

These volunteers are replacing the Poltava brigade, which has been working for two weeks to clear the streets and homes of Kherson residents affected by the flooding. The new brigade will continue cleaning private houses and apartments in multi-story buildings to prepare them for the upcoming heating season.

According to the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, the recruitment of volunteers is still ongoing.

It is worth mentioning that Poltava region is participating in the national initiative "Shoulder to Shoulder." Poltava is providing assistance to two settlements in Kherson region that suffered damage during the hostilities. One of these settlements is Chkalove.

Currently, restoration works are underway in Chkalove for 25 houses belonging to local residents. Workers are waiting for the delivery of windows, after which they will proceed with the installation. Additionally, the people have received building materials for repairs.
