In Poltava region, 22 Administrative Service Centers (ЦНАПи) received humanitarian assistance in the form of 150 card readers, which will be used for reading information from ID cards. This equipment will help process documents efficiently when providing administrative services, including residence registration, services of the Center for Administrative Services Provision (DRACS), and social services, as explained by Dmytro Lunin, the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration.

This equipment was provided as part of the "EU4Recovery – Expanding Local Communities’ Opportunities in Ukraine" project, with financial support from the European Union. By implementing digital technologies and solutions, the Administrative Service Centers can optimize their operations and improve the quality of service delivery. Igor Panchenko, Deputy Head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, emphasized the positive impact of the UNDP's development programs in Ukraine, which contribute to enhancing the network of Administrative Service Centers and the provision of administrative services. Anatoliy Moloshny, a specialist in administrative decentralization at UNDP in Ukraine, confirmed the implementation of large-scale projects within the program to develop the network of Administrative Service Centers in various communities.

Earlier, it was reported that by 2025, around 100,000 Ukrainian refugees are expected to leave the United Kingdom.

The UK has imposed stricter regulations on temporary residence compared to European Union countries. After the start of the full-scale invasion, two programs, "Homes for Ukraine" and "Ukraine Family," were introduced in the UK, allowing participants to reside in the country for up to three years. Over 182,000 Ukrainians have utilized these programs, but most of them arrived in the UK within the first six months of the invasion. According to current legislation, they are expected to leave the UK by September 2025, which includes approximately 100,000 individuals.
