The Nemirov District Prosecutor's Office has transferred a confiscated minibus for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Vinnytsia Regional Prosecutor's Office reported this.
The investigation was conducted by the prosecutors of the Nemirov District Prosecutor's Office in a criminal case related to the forgery of vehicle identification numbers, which is a criminal offense under Article 290 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As a result of the pre-trial investigation, the prosecutor submitted a motion to the Nemirov District Court for the confiscation of the seized "Fiat Ducato" minibus and its transfer to the state revenue to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was granted by the court.
Subsequently, with the assistance of the district prosecutor's office team, the minibus was repaired, equipped with necessary inventory, and handed over to one of the military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for its use in defense activities against Russian armed aggression.
Earlier, it was reported that in Poltava, a quadcopter and 38 portable radios were handed over to a marine infantry unit. Among the transferred radios, 10 were mobile. In total, the military received equipment worth 1.8 million hryvnias. The provided equipment came from the regional material reserve. Over the course of six months, military assistance worth over 6 million hryvnias has already been directed to the military from the material reserve.
Previously, it was reported that eleven high-mobility vehicles were handed over to Odessa Territorial Defence units. Additionally, 7 laundry and bath complexes were provided to the military, which are necessary in areas where there are no facilities for washing and cleaning clothes. Another 8 similar complexes are in line for transfer. In Vinnytsia, two Nissan vehicles and 25 pairs of active headphones were handed over to the defense forces.
