An additional point of access to civil registration services has been opened at the "Diia" Center in Poltava. This initiative was undertaken in collaboration with the Poltava Regional State Administration due to the increasing number of internally displaced persons in the region, making the service more relevant.
The first couple to get married in this inclusive and modernized space were Denis and Natalia. The goal is to ensure that soon the joyful moments of Ukrainian families' weddings will not be interrupted by the sound of air alarms. Additionally, the registration of the birth of a baby boy named Zakhar was completed, and his parents received his first official document—a birth certificate.
The address for these civil registration services is now available at 45A Sobornosti Street, Poltava. You can contact them at (095) 127-68-75.
Previously, the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration, Dmytro Lunin, had announced that the city's Civil Service Center (ЦНАП) in Poltava would relocate to the "Diia" Center located near the regional administration building. The move had been postponed due to decisions made by the former city government. However, representatives of the regional state administration have now initiated the relocation process in collaboration with the city's leadership.
The "Diia" Center in Poltava already offers various services, including Diia.Business and the Ombudsman's Office in Poltava. It also houses a bank and a children's playroom. The center is fully inclusive and aims to provide people with a wide range of services in one convenient location in a one-stop-shop format.
