Vinnytsia graduates declined celebrations in order to purchase Starlink for the military

Today, on May 31, as all general education institutions marked the end of the academic year, students of Municipal Educational Establishment No. 10 in Vinnytsia celebrated it by presenting gifts to the military. This information is reported by the Vinnytsia City Council.

Once again, the students demonstrated their initiative and raised a significant sum for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Starlink and GPS navigators were ceremoniously handed over today to meet the needs of the 171st battalion.

As the director of Lyceum No. 10, Svitlana Kutsa, shared, this is not the first time that we, together with the students, have directed our efforts to support the military. "This time, we received a request specifically for communication devices, so the students, without hesitation, decided to forgo balloons, ribbons, and flowers for the Last Bell ceremony to fulfill this need," she said.

During the equipment handover, the military expressed their gratitude to the students of Vinnytsia lyceums and noted that communication is one of the most critical components on the front lines. Thanks to these young patriots, we will now be able to maintain communication with our loved ones and exchange information.

"Our youth is growing conscious and purposeful because it is the students who initiate such fundraising efforts, and their noble deeds inspire us, adults, to take pride in such Ukrainians," concluded the director of Lyceum No. 10, Svitlana Kutsa.
