In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the night of June 1st was marked by unrest due to shelling from Russian occupiers. The enemy launched artillery strikes on several communities in the region. This information was reported on Facebook by the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk.

Specifically, in the Synelnykove district of the region, the enemy used heavy artillery to shell the Velikomykhailivka community. As a result, residential buildings and power lines were damaged. There is no information about casualties.

In the morning of June 1st, Russian occupiers shelled the Marganets community in the Nikopol district. It is known that the occupiers, using heavy artillery, fired nearly twenty shells at the community.

The Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration (ODA) reported that there were no fatalities or injuries as a result of the shelling. The aftermath of the attack is being assessed by rescue teams from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Poltava Region, which are inspecting the affected areas.

It's worth noting that the day before this incident, the enemy shelled the Pavlograd and Nikopol districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region. In the Pavlograd district, there was an explosion in the Mezhyrichi community. As a result of the shelling, a two-story apartment building, private residences, garages, outbuildings, and a car were damaged. An 8-year-old boy sustained minor injuries and was examined by medical personnel. According to the released information, the child will continue treatment at home.
