Today, in Odesa, the Commander of the Ukrainian Navy, Vice-Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa, met with representatives and volunteers of the Charitable Foundation for the Development of the Ukrainian Navy. This was reported by "ArmyInform."

Vice-Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa addressed those present, saying, "Today, here are people who are always with our domestic fleet through their deeds, soul, and heart. People who help us do the work that often military personnel don't have the time for—social, physical, and psychological rehabilitation of our soldiers. You can buy the most modern weapons, but people will always be our priority. Especially those servicemen who have suffered injuries or wounds, have been in captivity, or have post-traumatic stress disorder. Their return to normal life is very challenging work, and you have taken on this work with honor."

During the meeting, the Commander of the Ukrainian Navy awarded the best activists of the foundation. Notably, 15-year-old Liudmyla Nemlii, known as "Myshka" among the volunteers, was presented with the Honorary Breastplate of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "For Assistance to the Military." Her mother, volunteer Yulia Nemlii, also received this award. The Executive Director of the Charitable Foundation for the Development of the Ukrainian Navy, Alla Bochevar, was similarly recognized.

Some volunteers who provide assistance to the Ukrainian fleet were also commended for their contributions.

"I joined my mother's volunteer activities back in 2015. Currently, I make toys and sell them through auctions, and all the proceeds go to charitable needs," said Liudmyla "Myshka" Nemlii. "I'm sincerely grateful that our work is appreciated. I'm very proud to live in a country with such strong people."
