In Vinnytsia a modular settlement is being arranged for internally displaced persons with disabilities

In Vinnytsia region, a modular settlement is being arranged for internally displaced persons with disabilities in the urban-type settlement of Voronovychi. This was announced by the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration.

The houses for the modular settlement were provided free of charge from the Czech Republic, specifically through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Czech Republic, as part of cooperation with the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration.

The Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration has allocated one and a half million hryvnias from the regional budget for the arrangement of the site. Contractors are already working on water supply, communication networks, and lighting.

The 27 blocks will be able to accommodate 40 individuals with disabilities who will be arriving from regions affected by active hostilities. The modular complex includes two kitchens, sanitary facilities, two washing machines, as well as showers and recreational rooms.

The Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration emphasized that one of the advantages of placing the modular houses on the institution's premises is that the staff is already familiar with handling such patients and knows how to provide assistance to them.

Additionally, the Ukrainian Red Cross Society has donated 27 multifunctional beds and mattresses for this modular settlement.
