A delegation from France visited Vinnytsia: details

A delegation from the city of Nancy, France, led by Mayor Mathieu Klein, visited Vinnytsia for a two-day visit. During the meeting, the French and Ukrainian sides plan to establish sister city relations between the two cities. A Memorandum of Understanding regarding the establishment of sister city relations was signed during the meeting.

The French delegation also visited a city hospital and a state prosthetic and orthopedic enterprise, which is one of the oldest plants in Vinnytsia, celebrating its 90th anniversary recently. Mayor Mathieu Klein mentioned that Nancy also has a well-developed prosthetic and orthopedic direction, making cooperation between the two cities possible. They discussed potential collaboration in areas such as information exchange and sharing experiences among doctors, as well as inviting Ukrainian specialists to international conferences for further professional development.

The visit aimed to foster long-term communication and exchange of experience in various spheres between the two cities. This was the first visit of a delegation from Nancy to Vinnytsia, and future plans include a visit by Vinnytsia representatives to the French city, where an agreement on partnership between the two cities will be signed.
