Cyclists from various cities in Ukraine gathered on Marazlievska Street in Odessa to compete in group races covering distances of 40 and 50 kilometers. Participants came from cities such as Lviv, Kharkiv, Zaporizhia, and Kyiv.

The winners of the Grand Prix in their respective age categories were:

Due to the cycling competition, Marazlievska Street was closed to traffic on July 8th from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. On July 9th, during the same time, Central Airport Street was closed.

Also, on July 8th, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy posthumously awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine to Junior Sergeant Sviatoslav Mykolaiovych Aleksapolsky of the Odessa 126 Territorial Defense Brigade. He was also honored with the Order of the Golden Star. Sviatoslav tragically lost his life on August 29, 2022, during the liberation of Mykolaiv when he was providing medical assistance to his fellow soldiers under enemy artillery fire.
