In the morning, the enemy shelled one of the districts in the Dnipropetrovsk region

The night leading into Saturday, August 19, passed without enemy shelling in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. However, in the morning, the enemy directed heavy artillery fire towards the Nikopol area. This information was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Serhiy Lysak, on Telegram. According to the mayor of Kamyanske, Andriy Bilousov, no extraordinary events were recorded overnight.

According to Serhiy Lysak, in the morning, the aggressor's forces shelled the Marganetska community in the Nikopol area. There were no casualties reported, and further information is being clarified.

It's worth noting that yesterday, Nikopol came under enemy fire. Throughout the day, the enemy fired several shells at the city, but there were no casualties or injuries reported.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that during the night, the Russian Federation conducted another aerial attack on Ukraine, using Iranian combat drones "Shahed-136/131." Information about the consequences of this terrorist attack is currently being verified.

During the past day, the enemy conducted 3 missile and 41 aviation strikes, as well as 74 shelling attacks using multiple rocket launcher systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there have been casualties and injuries among the civilian population as a result of Russian terrorist attacks. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure have also been damaged.

The probability of missile and aviation strikes across the entire territory of Ukraine remains high.
