Families of veterans from Vinnytsia region can undergo rehabilitation at a horse farm

At the horse farm in the village of Yaryshivka, five families of veterans were able to relax and undergo rehabilitation. This relaxation opportunity was organized through the collaboration of the head of the "Shans" Children's Social Assistance and Rehabilitation Center, Serhiy Novotarskyi, and the Department for Veterans' Affairs. During his interaction with the families of veterans, Serhiy Novotarskyi explained the role of hippotherapy in people's lives. This rehabilitation methodology is based on communication between individuals with disabilities and horses.

Throughout the rehabilitation process, participants not only ride the horses but also care for them and communicate with them directly. This helps individuals alleviate tension, reduce stress, and alleviate feelings of anxiety or fear.

After conversing with Serhiy Novotarskyi, both adults and children tried their hand at horseback riding. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, the children demonstrated how to maintain proper posture while seated in the saddle. Following the horseback riding experience, both the children and parents had the opportunity to relax, socialize, enjoy the pool's refreshing waters, shelter under umbrellas, and indulge in various treats.

Earlier, it was reported that rehabilitation centers are planned to be established in Vinnytsia Oblast.
