The Russian occupation army attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region twice on August 22nd. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, in his Telegram channel.
Specifically, Russian forces targeted the Nikopol district and the Marganets territorial community, using heavy artillery. Private enterprises and residential buildings were damaged as a result of the shelling.
Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries reported.
As a reminder, earlier on the same day, the Russian army once again shelled the Dnipropetrovsk region, causing an explosion in Kryvyi Rih. Rockets were directed there by the Russian army, and one local resident was reported injured. He received necessary medical assistance and will continue treatment on an outpatient basis.
Additionally, Russian forces attacked the Synelnykove district on the night of August 22nd, using a drone to strike a private enterprise. This resulted in a fire that was promptly extinguished by firefighters. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries reported. Another strike by the enemy in the Synelnykove district occurred on the morning of August 22nd, damaging power transmission lines and other civilian infrastructure.
