In Poltava region, local residents and businesses continue to do everything to support Ukrainian army soldiers. This week, companies in the region manufactured and handed over around fifty so-called "burzhuykas" (portable stoves) for the military. This was reported by the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Lunin.

"The support of our soldiers remains an unchanging priority. Today, we have delivered around fifty stoves to provide warmth to our defenders. We thank the region's businesses that have contributed to the production of burzhuykas. Together, we are approaching victory," wrote Dmytro Lunin.

As a reminder, volunteers in Poltava have opened a point where they feed the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Women from nearby villages prepare food at this location, with hot meals being in high demand.

We also reported that in Poltava, schoolchildren organized a fair to raise funds for a drone for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. On April 13, on the eve of the bright holiday of Easter, a fair was held at Poltava Lyceum No. 6 "Leader," where schoolchildren sold their handicrafts and snacks to collect funds for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The goal is quite ambitious – to purchase a kamikaze drone for the 116th Territorial Defense Battalion, which is formed in the Poltava region. Schoolchildren prepared in advance for the event, baking homemade pastries, various desserts, and sweets, as well as making patriotic souvenirs.

Additionally, it was previously reported that a twelve-meter flag from the heroic city of Mykolaiv was paraded through Odessa.
