Dnipropetrovsk region received assistance from philanthropists of the Christian Medical Association of Ukraine. They provided 48 multi-functional beds, anti-decubitus mattresses, pillows, and 280 intravenous stands to one of the medical facilities in the region. This valuable cargo was delivered to the region today. Each bed comes with an anti-decubitus mattress and a pillow, items that help minimize complications even in the most severe cases. These items were handed over to one of the regional hospitals. The leadership of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration expressed their gratitude to the friends of Dnipropetrovsk for their support and also acknowledged the dedication of the medical staff. The received beds will be placed in the departments of traumatology, surgery, and intensive care, which usually treat the most severe patients. The director of the medical facility mentioned that the multi-functional beds can be adjusted in height and body position. In total, the hospital has managed to update over 40% of all its beds.

Previously, we reported that in Vinnytsia region, with the financial support of the United Nations, a mobile gynecological brigade is providing free gynecological examinations in remote communities. During these examinations, residents of the region are offered various services, including medical check-ups by gynecologists and family doctors, ultrasound examinations, electrocardiograms, consultations on women's health, including during and after childbirth, maternal health, childcare, consultations on HIV infections and sexually transmitted diseases, as well as medical and psychological support for victims of domestic violence and other forms of violence related to the war.
