In the city of Dnipro, a new postage stamp dedicated to the volunteers of the National Guard, border guards, and police was ceremoniously introduced into circulation by Ukrposhta (Ukraine's national postal service). This release marks the seventeenth such issuance during the ongoing full-scale war. A special cancellation event took place at the main Dnipro post office. This was reported by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

During the special cancellation ceremony, Deputy Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Orlov, noted the symbolism of issuing the stamp on Europe Day. This holiday unites the countries that desire peace, genuinely respect democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. He also emphasized that Ukrainian soldiers not only reclaim territories captured by the enemy but also defend dozens of countries from the aggression of the Putin regime.

The postal sheet features three stamps depicting servicemen from the National Guard, National Police, and the State Border Guard Service. It also bears the slogan "Time to Take Back What's Ours." Each set includes three postcards and an envelope.

Anton Izotov, the Director of the Dnipro Directorate of Ukrposhta, reminded that the formation of volunteer units of the Advance Guard was announced in early February 2023. Ukrposhta decided to support Ukrainian military personnel by issuing this new stamp. The stamp was created by the Honored Artist of Ukraine, Oleksandr Okhapkin. The new stamp has a total circulation of 235,000 copies, with 8,500 blocks of stamps allocated to the Dnipropetrovsk region. They are available for purchase at Ukrposhta branches and online on their website.

It is worth noting that in Dnipro, a prize was established in honor of a teacher who died on the front lines.
