In the city of Dnipro, residents of a four-story building are recovering from the horror they experienced when debris from a Russian rocket fell on their building. Explosive experts neutralized the warhead of the rocket found on the third floor. Currently, the owners of the damaged apartments are clearing the debris from their rooms. The emotional experiences of the people are detailed on the website of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

One resident of the building named Maria recalls that the incident occurred after 10 pm while she was at home with her husband, grandmother, and cat. She remembers that everything happened very quickly: rocket debris pierced the roof of the building, flew into their apartment diagonally, and crashed into the room. Then, debris fell into the apartments of neighbors living below them. A wardrobe fell on them, but fortunately, her grandmother, who was in a different room, was not hurt. Maria herself suffered injuries – bruises, contusions, and a hematoma on her head. She received medical assistance and was discharged for outpatient treatment.

Vyacheslav, another resident, recalls hearing a loud explosion, and the building literally shook. Initially, he didn't understand what had happened. He then went outside and saw a frightened neighbor. He invited her into his apartment to wash up and recover. He also went to check on other neighbors to see if anyone needed assistance.

Another resident of the same building named Yuri even managed to help rescue workers and police evacuate people from various entrances. Debris from the downed rocket hit the apartments of his immediate neighbors.

It's worth noting that during a nighttime attack on the territory of Dnipropetrovsk, the Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully shot down all eight enemy rockets, but debris from one of them fell onto the residential building.
