In Vinnytsia region 11,566 participants registered for the national multi-subject test

This year, 11,566 participants have registered for the national multi-subject test in Vinnytsia Oblast. Last year, there were a thousand fewer participants, totaling 10,512. This information was provided by the head of Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Borzov.

As a reminder, the results of the test will be used for admission to higher education institutions in 2023. The mandatory subjects for this year's national multi-subject test are Ukrainian language and mathematics. Participants can choose a third subject from the following list: Ukrainian history, biology, foreign languages (English, German, Spanish, French), physics, or chemistry.

In Vinnytsia Oblast, the graduates have selected the following subjects for the national multi-subject test:

Ukrainian history: 6,982 participants (60.4%)
English language: 2,689 participants (23.3%)
Biology: 1,572 participants (13.2%)
Physics: 224 participants (2%)
Chemistry: 126 participants (1.1%)
German language: 14 participants
French language: 3 participants
Spanish language: 1 participant.

The testing will take place in two sessions: the main session from June 5 to June 23 and the additional session from July 11 to July 24.

Earlier, we reported that a prize in honor of the teacher who lost his life on the front lines, Serhiy Stolbtsov, was established in Dnipro. This award was initiated in memory of Serhiy Stolbtsov, a teacher at the Lyceum of Information Technologies (LIT). It will be awarded to teachers for their professional achievements and to students for their victories in nationwide and regional Olympiads.

This prize was created to inspire children to learn and support their educational pursuits. It will be awarded to students who have become winners or finalists in nationwide and regional Olympiads in various subjects and are members of the Junior Academy of Sciences (JAS), as well as to teachers of the institution who have achieved the most significant professional successes during the academic year.
