Starting today, residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region can benefit from state assistance for repairing damaged housing, as part of the eRestoration program. Through this program, residents of Dnipropetrovshchyna can receive financial aid to repair homes that have been damaged due to military actions, especially homes with minor damage that can be quickly repaired. The program covers the cost of replacing doors, windows, roofing, and other necessary repairs.

Deputy Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Ivan Nachovnyi, mentioned that this new service has been made as digital and user-friendly as possible. Applicants can submit their requests through the Diia app in just a few clicks.

Here's how the process works:

Homeowners submit a request for property damage through the Diia app or at a local administrative service center (ЦНАП).
All relevant information is entered into the corresponding registry.
A special eRestoration account is opened with one of the partner banks.
Applicants submit a request for financial assistance.
Local self-government authorities conduct an inspection of the damaged property, assess the losses, and determine the amount of aid.
The decision is made within a month.
The approved financial assistance is transferred to the recipient's bank account.
The funds can be used within a year from the date of receipt, exclusively for purchasing construction materials or paying for repair work.
Priority for this financial aid will be given to the most vulnerable categories of residents, including families of deceased servicemembers, large families, people with disabilities, orphaned children, guardians, and foster parents.

This initiative aims to provide support to residents affected by the conflict and help them repair their homes.

Earlier, we reported that in Poltava region, a sports and fitness complex is being prepared for reopening after undergoing reconstruction.
