In Poltava, an event was held at the Oles Honchar Regional Youth Library as part of the "Education Can't Wait" project, implemented in collaboration with the Italian AVSI Foundation and the EMMAUS and Save the Children International NGOs. During the event, educational and hygiene kits were presented to children from vulnerable categories and displaced children. This initiative was reported by the Poltava Regional Military Administration.

"It is important for us to support children and provide them with comfortable and high-quality learning conditions. Today, thanks to our partnership, we are delivering 150 hygiene kits and 300 educational kits. The educational kits include backpacks, notebooks, albums, markers, pencil cases, pens, and pencils," said Igor Panchenko, Deputy Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration.

A 13-year-old student from Luhansk region received both educational and hygiene kits.

"Of course, we liked the gift. Both the backpack and stationery are everything we need and will come in handy in the new school year when my daughter switches to offline learning," commented her mother, Julia.

It was also announced that as part of the "Education Can't Wait" project, a Digital Educational Center will soon operate in the Honchar Library.

"At the center, we will conduct classes in formal and non-formal education, helping children acquire academic knowledge and develop creative and practical skills. Here, they will have access to the internet, laptops, tablets, as well as a wide range of educational resources and online tools. Additionally, a psychologist will work in the center to provide support for children in emotional and social aspects," explained Oksana Tregubova, Project Management Specialist from the AVSI Foundation and EMMAUS NGO.

In Vinnytsia region, specialized vehicles were handed over to the fighters of the South Operational Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They received a specialized Volvo ambulance vehicle and a Volkswagen minibus.
