In Vinnytsia region, cooperation with the Red Cross Society of Ukraine in Vinnytsia continues. The first deputy head of the regional military administration, Natalia Zabolotna, met with representatives of the organization. During the meeting, an agreement was reached regarding the supply of 137 multifunctional medical beds and mattresses by the Red Cross. These will be placed in institutions across Vinnytsia region, where elderly individuals and people with disabilities, who relocated from other regions at the beginning of the full-scale invasion, reside. This was reported by Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration.
"Currently, there are 506 such individuals in Vinnytsia region. They are fully supported by the funds from the regional budget," said Natalia Zabolotna. The head of the department reminded that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Vinnytsia region has received twenty evacuation trains arriving from the active combat zone.
"The renewal of medical beds is not only about providing quality care but also about a sense of personal comfort. It is extremely necessary for those who are far away from home. Thank you to the Red Cross Society of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region for their constant support and productive cooperation," added Natalia Zabolotna.
