The vehicle was provided by volunteers and representatives of socially responsible businesses and was received by the soldiers of a unit defending Ukraine on one of the most "hot" fronts. They will use the vehicle for evacuating the wounded to safe locations and delivering supplies to the frontlines. The Chief of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Lunin, emphasized the ongoing need for vehicles among the military. He mentioned that this all-wheel-drive vehicle can navigate through any terrain, ensuring the swift evacuation and preservation of the lives of soldiers who have been wounded. He expressed gratitude to all those who have supported the defenders throughout the war.
In addition to the vehicle for the military, a set of winter tires and various snacks were also provided.
Previously in Poltava, students from one of the schools organized a fair to raise funds to purchase a kamikaze drone for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. On the eve of the Easter holiday, a charity event was held at Poltava Lyceum No. 6 "Leader." The students set an ambitious goal to buy a kamikaze drone for the 116th Territorial Defense Battalion formed in Poltava region. To prepare for the event, students baked homemade pastries, various desserts, sweets, and crafted patriotic souvenirs.
In Vinnytsia, two quadcopters and a thermal imager were purchased for the fighters of the 124th Territorial Defense Brigade. The purchase was made thanks to the joint efforts of the private enterprise "Zolotyi Kolos Markivka" and the Vinnytsia Regional Nursing Home for Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly.
