Aggressor fires missiles at Novomoskovsk district

In the early morning, the enemy launched a rocket attack in the region. It was loud in the Novomoskovsk district. Local residents were not affected. This information was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

About 10,000 people in two populated areas were left without electricity. Specialists have already resolved this issue, and homes have been restored.

Other consequences of the attack are currently being clarified.

During the past day, the enemy carried out 8 rocket and 82 aviation strikes, as well as 76 shelling incidents with multiple launch rocket systems targeting the positions of our troops and populated areas. Unfortunately, there have been casualties and injuries among the civilian population, including children, as a result of Russian terrorist attacks. Port infrastructure in the Odessa region, residential buildings, and other civilian infrastructure in the Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kherson regions have been damaged.

According to updated information, successful anti-aircraft defense operations destroyed 2 cruise missiles X-35/X-59 and 16 enemy UAVs "Shahed-136/131."

Recall that on August 16th, the occupying army struck in the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts. One person was killed, and seven others were injured. Among the affected buildings are houses, agricultural enterprises, and an educational institution. This information was reported by the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

In the Mezhiivska community of the Synelnykove district, an 18-year-old young man was killed, and six other people were injured, including a 2-year-old girl. She is currently in satisfactory condition and will receive outpatient treatment.

As a result of the strike, three fires broke out, which rescuers have already extinguished. Forty-nine private houses were damaged, as well as an agricultural enterprise and an educational institution. Several cars were also damaged.

There was also unrest in the Nikopol region. The enemy carried out three attacks in the area. Nikopol and the Marganetska community were shelled with heavy artillery.
