Odessa utility workers continue to eliminate the consequences of a terrorist attack in a residential building

Odessa's communal services continue to work at the site of the aggressor's terrorist act and assist residents in restoring their damaged homes.

Recall that during the night attack on June 9-10, 2023, the enemy targeted the city with 8 kamikaze drones "Shahed-131/136". All the drones were destroyed. Unfortunately, during the aerial battle that took place during the night attack, debris from one of the drones hit a multi-story apartment building, causing a fire.

As a result of the falling debris in a residential area of Odessa, three people died, and there are injured individuals. Medical assistance has been provided to all the victims.

From the first moments of the night attack, medics, communal workers, and municipal security staff started working at the scene.

Currently, they are sealing the window openings with film and preparing documentation for glass replacement.

The removal of the debris from shattered glass and frames is also taking place, and the sanitary condition of the adjacent area is being restored.

The work is ongoing. It's worth noting that the Odessa Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation into the Russian missile attack on Odessa on June 10. The Russian forces launched Iranian kamikaze drones "Shahed-136/131" and cruise missiles at residential areas in Odessa and other towns in the region. As a result of the Russian shelling of a residential area in Odessa, three people died, and 25 others were wounded, including two children aged five and seventeen. They were taken to the hospital.
