In Cherkasy Region, rescuers have cleared the roads that were blocked after the trees fell.

In Cherkasy Region, rescuers have eliminated the consequences of the storm. In Monastyryshche, two fallen trees blocked the road and hindered the movement of vehicles. They were removed by the rescuers from the 22nd State Fire and Rescue Unit. This information was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Cherkasy Region.

In the village of Velyka Sevastianivka, located in the Khrystynivska territorial community, the roadway was cleared after three trees fell onto it.

Earlier, we reported that in Kropyvnytskyi, rescuers pumped out water from five private houses and one agricultural enterprise that were flooded after the rain. Using motor pumps, the State Emergency Service personnel drained water from the properties located on Chernyshevska, Pokrovska, Lyvarna, and Mykoly Spolenchuka streets.

Significant rainfall and strong gusts of wind were also recorded in Vinnytsia Region yesterday. Trees fell onto the roads, causing difficulties for drivers. Rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Vinnytsia Region eliminated the consequences using special equipment.

In addition, the municipal authorities in Kropyvnytskyi appealed to local residents and asked them to remove their private vehicles from the streets. As explained by the city utilities, this is necessary to clean up the sediment and debris that formed as a result of heavy downpours.
