In the afternoon of June 26th, at around 3 PM, Russian occupiers shelled a private enterprise in the city of Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Two people were killed, and one more person was injured as a result of the shelling. This information was reported by the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Police.

The police provided details of the latest horrifying crime by the Russians. As a result of the artillery strike, a woman and a man were killed at their workplaces, and another man, 49 years old, suffered shrapnel wounds. Medical assistance was provided to the injured man. The shelling caused damage to the buildings on the enterprise's premises, including walls, roofs, facades, and broken windows. The police have initiated a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which deals with "Violations of the laws and customs of war combined with intentional killing." Police officers are collecting the necessary material evidence at the shelling sites.

Earlier, during a nighttime attack on Kropyvnytskyi, missile fragments damaged buildings. The head of Kirovohrad Oblast State Administration, Andriy Raikovych, reported that the missiles fired by Russian occupiers, targeting the region, were intercepted by air defense forces. The falling debris damaged several vehicles and a few residential buildings. This enemy attack did not result in injuries or casualties.

Additionally, there were reports of explosions heard in Poltava and the surrounding region during the night. Dmytro Lunin, the head of the Poltava Oblast Military Administration, clarified that there were no missile impacts on the region, and the sounds of explosions that residents heard might have originated from a neighboring area.
