Motivated young boys and girls are invited to apply for admission to the 10th grade at the institution. This information was shared during a briefing held at the official media center of the Poltava Regional Military Administration.
Eugen Konchakovskiy, the Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, mentioned that during wartime, the demand for well-prepared personnel for the Armed Forces of Ukraine increases significantly. One of the most sought-after military specialties is "Telecommunications." It is currently a vital aspect of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and future graduates of the lyceum will receive training in this particular field.
Alexander Balenko, the acting chief of the Poltava Lyceum with enhanced military-physical training, stated that this year they plan to enroll 90 cadets. The students will be taught in classrooms equipped with modern equipment. In the 2024-2025 academic year, the institution plans to enroll students in the 9th and 10th grades. At the third stage, the lyceum aims to reach its full capacity with 450 cadets.
Admission to the lyceum will be based on the results of entrance examinations and will be competitive. The results of psychological assessments and medical examinations will also be taken into account. The acceptance of documents will continue until August 11th.
Earlier, in Vinnytsia region, there was a graduation ceremony for young boys and girls from the cadet corps of the police.
