The Odessa Regional Children's Hospital has received another batch of medicines and medical supplies from the Spanish non-governmental organization Farmamundi. This information was shared on the Odessa Regional Administration's Facebook page.

According to the information published, Farmamundi supports various projects in Ukraine and specializes in providing medical drugs and hygiene products during emergencies. Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, Farmamundi has sent 186 humanitarian aid shipments to Ukraine, totaling 107 tons of medicines and medical products. This recent batch was made possible through contributions from Farmamundi, COF de Coruña, and Grupo Dacsa.

Sara Valverde, the president of the Farmamundi organization, emphasized that the Ukrainian people continue to require humanitarian assistance, especially for hospitals. The aid sent to the Odessa Regional Children's Hospital includes pain relievers, anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, diuretics, and other necessary medications. Additionally, the humanitarian shipment contains hygiene products for dressing changes, suturing materials, injection supplies, and catheters.

Representatives of the Odessa Regional Administration expressed their gratitude to Sara Valverde, the president of Farmamundi, Joan Perez, the CEO of Farmamundi, and Pablo Hilyu, the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Valencia.

It's worth noting that a Coordination Center to assist the civilian population has been established in Vinnytsia Oblast.
