On July 27, on the occasion of Medical Worker's Day, the First Deputy Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Volodymyr Orlov, visited one of the hospitals in Novomoskovsk, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. During his visit, he inspected the facility and extended his greetings to the medical staff on their special day. This information was reported on the website of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
The hospital has undergone renovations, including updates to the X-ray room and operating theater, as well as repairs to the roads on the premises and the installation of a porch. The Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration stated that they maintain constant communication with the city's leadership and the hospital's chief medical officer. There are also plans to acquire new medical equipment for the hospital, as announced by Volodymyr Orlov during his visit, as he congratulated the medical staff on their celebration.
The hospital's general director revealed that the facility is now equipped to perform surgical procedures under X-ray guidance.
Additionally, they have acquired equipment for endoscopic surgery, lamps, operating tables, and new ultrasound machines. Moreover, repairs were carried out on the hospital's premises.
Previously, due to the destroyed road and lack of ramps, it was challenging to transport patients in wheelchairs within the facility. These obstacles have now been removed.
Sergiy Reznik, the Mayor of Novomoskovsk, emphasized that their efforts were not just about renovations and procuring necessary equipment but also making the hospital's environment convenient for visitors.
