On July 27th, First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, and Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, visited Vinnytsia Oblast. During their visit to Vinnytsia, they specifically went to a sports complex that provides free access for people with limited mobility. Additionally, the complex offers rehabilitation services for military personnel. This information was reported by Vinnytsia Oblast Military Administration.

The sports complex, located in a local school, is fully equipped to meet the needs of people with limited mobility. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal emphasized that accessibility is a key parameter in the process of reconstruction, as both military and civilian populations have been affected by the war, and everyone has the right to equal access to services.

The complex features an athletic hall, various sports facilities, and a swimming pool. It also provides rehabilitation services for the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other defense forces' personnel. The Prime Minister expressed the hope that this facility would serve as a model for other local authorities in transforming sports complexes into accessible spaces for all citizens.
