Dnіpropetrovsk Oblast once again came under Russian shelling. This was reported by the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.
Particularly, the enemy's artillery targeted Nikopol District. During the night of July 30th, the Russian forces shelled the area four times. The Russian occupation army attacked Nikopol, Marganetska, and Myrivska communities.
In the Krivoy Rog District, two Iranian-made "Shahed 136/131" combat drones were shot down. The responsibility for destroying the kamikaze drones falls on the personnel of the "South" Air Command.
Debris from the unmanned aircraft fell on the territory of a private agrofirm, causing a fire that was promptly extinguished. A storage building was damaged as a result, but there were no casualties or injuries reported.
Additionally, on July 30th, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the air defense forces destroyed four "Shahed 136/131" combat drones.
It is worth noting that a UNESCO mission arrived in Odesa to assess the damage to cultural objects caused by Russian shelling. The UNESCO representatives also met with the Mayor of Odesa, Hennadiy Trukhanov, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, and Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Leonov.
