In Poltava region held a forum on the First Lady's school nutrition reform

In Poltava region, a forum was held to discuss the school nutrition reform proposed by the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska. Dmitry Lunin, the head of Poltava Regional Military Administration, talked about the measures that will be implemented in the region regarding the reform of school nutrition. In particular, they plan to establish the first kitchen factory in the Reshetilivska community. Additionally, 17 communities intend to create supporting kitchens, and two communities will have basic ones.

The projects have been submitted to the relevant ministry. Providing nutritious and delicious meals in schools is an important component of our children's health, as stated by Dmitry Lunin.

Furthermore, the region emphasizes not only training cooks but also upgrading equipment in school cafeterias. Before the full-scale invasion, Poltava region purchased two hundred units of modern equipment.

During the forum, participants also discussed the financial capabilities of communities in implementing the project, modernizing food blocks, professional training, and more.

Previously, on Vinnytsia region, the First Lady Olena Zelenska, along with Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, visited a sports complex where military personnel undergo rehabilitation.
