Today, in various cities of Ukraine, the special cancellation of a postage stamp titled "Destroyers of Evil" dedicated to the American F-16 fighter jets was held. The stamp was dedicated by "Ukrposhta" (Ukraine's national postal operator). The stamp cancellation ceremony also took place at the Main Post Office in Dnipro city, as reported on the website of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak, participated in the stamp cancellation ceremony. He noted that the new stamp was symbolically presented on the eve of the Ukrainian Air Force Day.

-The stamp features the F-16 fighter jets, which are the ones defending the sky over their homeland. These aircraft have the capability to change the course of the war, and they are crucially needed by Ukrainian defenders, - added the head of the region.

Serhiy Lysak also recalled that "Ukrposhta" stamps can be prophetic, just like with the stamp featuring the Russian cruiser "Moskva."

The new stamp depicts a Ukrainian military personnel rubbing out the symbol of the aggressor country (the Kremlin) with F-16 fighter jets depicted as holes on the canvas. The envelope also shows an outline of an attack aircraft pilot wearing a knight's helmet in the form of the Ukrainian trident.

Sergiy Ermolenko, the development director of "Ukrposhta" in Dnipropetrovsk, informed that the stamp was issued in a total circulation of 600,000 copies, with Dnipropetrovsk receiving 17,700 stamps.

The image of the new stamp was created by Ukrainian artist Maxim Palenko, known to Ukrainians as the author of the computer graphics project "Mariupol Cover." The stamp issuance is charitable, as 16 hryvnias from the sale of each stamp will go towards the purchase of drones for Ukrainian soldiers.

The stamp is available for purchase at "Ukrposhta" branches and on their website.

Previously, it was reported that schoolchildren in Poltava region organized a fair to raise money for drones for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
