Poltava woman wins bronze medal at MMA World Championships

The World Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Championship took place in Abu Dhabi. This information was provided by the National Mixed Martial Arts Federation of Ukraine.

Among the athletes was a girl from the Poltava region, Anna Naryezhna, who won the "bronze" medal among girls aged 12-13, in the weight category up to 48 kg.

In the overall team standings, the Ukrainian national team secured the first-place position.

It's worth noting that at the Ukrainian Cup in Fire and Applied Sports, where 250 rescuers from various regions of Ukraine participated, the representatives of the Odessa Rescue Garrison were among the best, earning third place in the competition.

"The fierce competition, which had to be seen with your own eyes, our boys, one of the best, demonstrated their worthy results! Despite everything, we maintain discipline, good physical training, and achieve small victories! The Odessa garrison is proud of its athlete-rescuers! Keep it up!" - said in the post.
