On June 10th, a charity run called "Run! Donate!" took place in the city of Poltava, Ukraine. The event was held in the Corpus Park and attracted participants of all ages, from children to adults. This run was the first of many events planned in Poltava as part of the "Spas'ko Fest," a series of activities to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Over a hundred participants registered for the charity run, each contributing a donation of 400 hryvnias. Donations could also be made in collection boxes before the start of the run. All the funds raised during this charity event will be used to purchase two night vision devices for the soldiers of the 116th Territorial Defense Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Before the run began, participants engaged in warm-up exercises led by an instructor to prepare their muscles for the event. Children, in particular, enthusiastically participated, making it both a sport and a fun game for them. The children's run started with a 400-meter distance within Corpus Park, and the young participants received encouragement from their parents and relatives.

Before the adult run began, a minute of silence was observed to honor the memory of those who lost their lives in Ukraine's fight for freedom and independence. Afterward, the participants sang the national anthem of Ukraine. Aliona Honcharenko, one of the event's organizers from "MistoHub," and a participant in the run, addressed the participants. She emphasized that last year, during the Spas'ko Festival, almost 2 million hryvnias were raised for the Ukrainian army, thanks to the involvement of the entire city in various activities.

Adult participants in the charity run completed the course along the outer perimeter of Corpus Park, with each lap measuring approximately one kilometer. Participants could choose their distance, with a maximum of 5 kilometers. Every finisher received a medal and a pass to the active "Spas'ko Festival."

It's worth noting that the "Zhadani Sobaky," a famous Ukrainian band, previously organized a concert in Poltava to raise funds for the Ukrainian Armed Forces
