20 June: results of the day

The four hundred and eighty-second day of the large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against our state continues. Let's briefly summarize the main events of the day that has passed. According to updated information, Russian occupiers struck Ukraine with 35 Iranian UAVs of the "Shahed 136/131" type, seven guided anti-aircraft missiles C-300, and one ground-based cruise missile "Iskander-M" targeting civilian infrastructure in Zaporizhia. The Air Force's anti-aircraft defense forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of Ukraine's defense forces, successfully destroyed 32 "Shahed" UAVs.

Additionally, the enemy conducted over 72 aerial strikes and fired 36 salvoes from reactive multiple launch rocket systems targeting our troops' positions and civilian areas. Civilians have been affected, and the likelihood of missile and aerial strikes across Ukraine remains very high. This information was provided by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

In the Cherkasy region, law enforcement officers seized five pistols, ammunition, and magazines from a man. He has been charged with committing a criminal offense, and the seized evidence has been sent for examination.

In the Vinnytsia region, a pseudo-volunteer who deceived people into donating money for the military and then disappeared has been arrested.

In the Vinnytsia region, three Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers were awarded the "For Courage" orders and the "Defender of the Fatherland" medal.

In the Kryvyi Rih district, a man who attacked his acquaintance, hitting him in the head and leaving him to die on the street, was apprehended.

In the Poltava region, 32 educational institutions joined the new Ministry of Digital Transformation project "Diia.Osvita" and issued a total of 770 certificates.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, councils for internally displaced persons are operating, with five such councils in the region.
