It's the four hundred and seventy-sixth day of the large-scale armed aggression by the Russian Federation against our country. Let's briefly summarize the day that has passed.
On the night of June 14, Russian occupiers launched a missile strike on military and infrastructure targets in Ukraine using air and sea-based cruise missiles, as well as kamikaze drones.
During the night of June 14, the enemy attacked Odesa with four "Kalibr" missiles, resulting in three fatalities and 13 people wounded. According to the Operational Command "South," the enemy launched four "Kalibr" missiles at Odesa from a ship in the Black Sea. Three of them were successfully intercepted by air defense forces.
The missile strike caused significant damage to a business center, an educational institution, a residential complex, food establishments, and shops in the city center. One of the missiles hit a warehouse with food products from a local supermarket, resulting in three warehouse employees killed and seven injured. Rescue efforts are ongoing, as there may be individuals trapped under the rubble. The damaged area covers 1,000 square meters, of which 400 square meters were affected by fire, which has since been extinguished.
Additionally, Russian drones attacked an industrial facility in the city of Svitlovodsk in the Kirovohrad region.
On June 14, Kryvyi Rih declared a day of mourning.
Six rockets struck five civilian targets in Kryvyi Rih, causing widespread destruction. The attacks had nothing to do with military objectives. One of the targets was a five-story residential building, while other civilian structures, including a storage facility holding ordinary water and various beverages, were damaged. These strikes resulted in the deaths of 11 civilians. Four died in the five-story building, while the bodies of seven others were discovered under the rubble of the storage facility. Thirty-six people were injured, with 12 currently hospitalized, two in critical condition, eight in serious condition, and two with moderate injuries.
In the Kirovohrad region, a "quiet mode" is implemented during air raids at night and during curfew hours to enhance the protection of the region's airspace and critical infrastructure. This measure has been coordinated with military authorities and will facilitate the detection and elimination of enemy drones. The "quiet mode" applies to all forms of businesses and individuals whose activities are associated with industrial noise, including agricultural machinery, production units, equipment, machinery, and sources of industrial noise.
The Cyber Police and PrivatBank have provided compensation of over 3 million UAH in damages to the families of military personnel deceived by the fraudster. The fraudulent activity of a 32-year-old resident of Dnipro was uncovered by the Cyber Police Department in collaboration with the investigative team from the Pechersk District Police Department in Kyiv. The individual reissued SIM cards, gaining access to financial telephone numbers of servicemen held in captivity, deceased, or missing in action. Subsequently, the fraudster entered online banking accounts and transferred money to accounts under his control.
