In the Polish city of Lublin, the second day of the third Congress of Local Self-Government of the Three Seas Initiative is ongoing. In an online format, the Agreement on the accession of Odesa Oblast to the Three Seas Economic Cooperation Network was signed by the Acting Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Boris Voloshenkov. Delegates from Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Zakarpattia, and Lviv Oblasts also represent Ukraine at the Congress.

The main goal of this Agreement is the development of infrastructure in the regions, the implementation of projects in the fields of transportation, energy, digitization, efficient use of European funds, national resources, and the Three Seas Investment Fund. It also promotes the development of small and medium-sized businesses, international trade, as well as cultural, artistic, touristic, and other exchanges.

Previously, we reported that a lecture was held at the Vinnytsia Holocaust Museum for Righteous Among the Nations Day. The museum director, Leonid Trakhtenberg, gave a tour to the youth, sharing information about the events of 1939-1945 while periodically comparing them to war crimes and acts of genocide carried out by followers of the Nazis—Russians—on the territory of Ukraine. This deepened the audience's understanding of the inadmissibility of human-hating ideologies and totalitarian regime practices.

In other news, the Odesa police participated in the Open Door Day at the National University "Odesa Law Academy." Representatives from the personnel support department, forensic experts from the investigative department, police dog handlers from the K-9 center, as well as the Special Purpose Police Battalion of the Odesa Regional Police took the opportunity to discuss the specifics of the police profession with the youth.
