As a result of the latest prisoner exchange, Ukraine has brought back home 95 individuals, including ZSU (Armed Forces of Ukraine) soldiers, National Guard members, and border guards. This information was announced by the Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak.

- Among those returning to their families are former prisoners from Mariupol, Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, Zmiinyi Island, near Bakhmut, as well as defenders of "Azovstal." It was also possible to bring back participants of a special operation who were flying to the besieged Mariupol on a helicopter to "Azovstal." Among them, there are 93 privates and sergeants and two officers," he wrote.

Among the released prisoners of war are two soldiers from Poltava. This information was confirmed by the relatives of the soldiers to representatives of the Trilateral Contact Group and the Security Policy subgroup.

These are Private Andriy Hrytsenko, a medic born on May 22, 1981, and Senior Soldier Kostiantyn Nevdakh, born on July 11, 1990.

They were defending their homeland in one of the volunteer battalions formed in Poltava during the early stages of the full-scale Russian invasion. They disappeared without a trace on February 8th of this year while carrying out combat missions in the area of the town of Krasnohorivka in Donetsk Oblast.

After medical and psychological rehabilitation, the Ukrainian defenders are now awaiting a warm welcome from their families in Poltava. It's worth noting that another 95 Ukrainian defenders have been successfully released from Russian captivity.
