Russian occupying forces carried out an artillery shelling during the night of July 20, between 2:00 and 5:00 AM, targeting and causing damage to civilian infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. The impacts hit the town of Nikopol, as well as two populated areas in the Myrivska and Marnanetska communities. Law enforcement officers are on the scene, documenting the crimes committed by Russian occupants.
In Nikopol, the artillery shelling resulted in damage to a building and automotive transport located on the premises of a private enterprise. Damages included walls, roofs, facades, and windows of the building. In one of the multi-story buildings, the explosion caused windows to shatter.
Investigations are ongoing in the Myrivska and Marnanetska communities. It is known that, due to the strikes, houses and outbuildings in the rural areas suffered damage.
Previously, during the night, the occupants launched a massive strike on Mykolaiv, with one of the enemy missiles hitting a three-story residential building. Vitaliy Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, reported that 18 people were affected by the attack, with nine of them hospitalized, and two individuals were rescued from the rubble. Among the injured were five children.
Additionally, overnight, the enemy shelled the city of Odesa, using cruise missiles and combat drones. One of the impacts resulted in the death of a civilian building's security guard, a man born in 2002.
