The number of casualties due to the rocket attack in Kryvyi Rih has increased to four. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Sergiy Lysak.

"There are already four casualties in Kryvyi Rih... Among them, a 10-year-old child... People may still be trapped under the debris. Emergency responders have already rescued four people, including one child. The search and rescue operation is ongoing," the official said.

Two operational headquarters have been set up in the city - one at School No. 60 and the other at the entrance to the central building of KTRА. People can receive all necessary assistance there, including food, water, accommodation, medical help, plastic film, tarpaulin, OSB, and apply for financial aid.

As a reminder, Russian forces targeted residential buildings and a university in Kryvyi Rih. Parts of the multi-story building are completely destroyed, and an educational institution lies in ruins. People may still be trapped under the debris.

The search and rescue operation is ongoing.

Under the procedural guidance of the Kryvyi Rih Central District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on July 31, 2023, Russian military forces carried out a missile strike on the city of Kryvyi Rih. Enemy missiles hit a multi-story building and an educational institution.

As of 12:40, there are four confirmed fatalities, including a 10-year-old child. Injured persons number 43, including six children.

Search and rescue operations are ongoing. The exact number of casualties is being established. Priority measures are being taken to document the crime committed by the aggressor state's army.
